23.11 - Trip to Alentejo and Trás-os-Montes

In this workshop we will make a trip to the two most iconic Portuguese districts: Alentejo and Trás-os-Montes and learn how to make Carne de Porco a Alentejana e Feijoada a Transmontana. Although these two dishes use pork meat as a basis, they are very different in texture and flavours.
